General Notes:

- The SIM card will be activated using the customer’s ID.

- The customer must be over 18 years old.

- A valid Absher account and national ID are required.

- For residents, the number of SIM cards registered under their ID cannot exceed two prepaid SIMs (check here: https://portalservices.citc.gov.sa/E-Services/MyNumbers/MyNumbersInquiry.aspx)
