Exchange and Return Policy:
1- Without prejudice to the terms of the warranty and regulations, except for the consumer who has fully exchanged the product, the product will be returned to the store within seven days of the date of receipt. The consumer is not eligible for exchange after this seven-day period.
2- To exchange a product, it must be in its original condition and must not have been used or expired. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchange to ensure its condition. The store is responsible for the shipping costs for international exchanges, including the full shipping cost and delivery of the product to the shipping company. If a defect is found, the store will provide compensation.
The consumer is not eligible for exchange or return of products in the following cases:
1- If the product defect is due to improper purchase by the consumer.
2- Products that have been opened are not eligible for exchange unless they have a manufacturing defect.
3- Products not eligible for replacement are those that violate or breach the warranty terms, such as (misuse of parts – breakage – product opened outside its normal condition – failure to follow operating instructions – product exposure to water if it is not waterproof – any external maintenance – device malfunction, either partial or complete, due to the use of accessories incompatible with the device's specifications).

Continue to contact the Masar Al-Net store to report the cancellation of any customer order due to a website malfunction, a price error, or product stock being depleted. Payment will be refunded to the customer's bank account or in cash. The product will not be disregarded.
If the product to be replaced is unavailable at any of the "Masar Al-Net Media" addresses or through the store, the customer will be contacted for their permission before the final product is prepared.
Receiving the shipment from the shipping company constitutes the customer's acknowledgment that the carton is intact, in good condition, and unopened prior to receipt.

Refunds from "Masar Al Net for Communications":
If payment was made by card, the full amount will be refunded to the card. If payment was made upon delivery, customer service representatives will contact the customer to request their bank account number for a full refund. The return and exchange period ranges from 7 to 21 business days.
